Intent: Launching a program called the volunteer of the month. The objective of this program is to acknowledge exceptional work done by our volunteers in achieving our vision of building a community and helping protect our mountains.

Who is Eligible? The volunteer will be selected by a group consensus by the founders and not by self-nomination. Here are some of the areas in which we believe a volunteer can contribute:

• Inviting new, passionate volunteers to Trekker Warrior
• Offline events that help build awareness (e.g. education drive) 
• Participation in treks for cleaning and other drives
• Helping build social media presence by working on content and media  
• Building the community base by networking and introducing more people to Trekker Warrior 
• Helping fundraise or contributing financially   
• Creating content for awareness amongst key stakeholders in mountains   

Award / Reward / Acknowledgement: The volunteer will be awarded a token of appreciation and a dedicated page on our social media handles for the chosen month.
